Founded on 16th February 2021 by Dr. Vijay Kumar Sahu, Happy Home started its journey with a vision to support patients recovering from neurological and spinal conditions who often require long-term rehabilitation and compassionate care. In 2022, the organisation evolved from its original name, “Back to Life,” into Happy Home Hospital & Rehab — a name that reflects warmth, healing, and humanity.

Dr. Vijay Kumar Sahu has always believed that recovery is not just about medicines and procedures; it is about patience, emotional support, dignity, and continuous encouragement. With this philosophy, he built Happy Home into a specialised 30-bed rehabilitation centre dedicated to neuro and spine care.

Today, Happy Home Hospital & Rehab provides comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services including post-stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injury care, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, palliative care, tracheostomy management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutrition support, counselling, and 24/7 patient care services.
